Pentland Hills Regional Park

The Pentland Hills Regional Park has retained the prestigious Green Flag Award for 2012. The national award for public and community parks and green spaces has been given to the Regional Park since 2008 when the Regional Park was the largest greenspace in the UK to receive the accolade. Since then, other large greenspaces have came forth and received the award.

The award helps to reflect what visitors to the Park already know: The Pentland Hills Regional Park is a working, living landscape, set in a stunning backdrop of upland countryside and has so much to offer for visitors.
