Wildlife Recording Volunteers

Published: Thursday 7th April 2011

We need you ..... We need as wide a range of records and sightings as possible.

The Pentland Hills Regional Park is home to many species of flora and fauna. In order to have a better understanding of the species that live here, we need as wide a range of records and sightings as possible.

To do this we are looking for volunteers to record the flora and fauna they see on their visits to the Regional Park.  For example, birds of prey, small mammals and bumblebees.

If you would like more information, check out the spring/summer issue of the Pentland Beacon.
