The Regional Park staff help ensure that your visit to the Pentland Hills is safe, responsible and enjoyable. The park is also managed by Joint Committee.
Alan McGregor - Natural Heritage and Regional Park Manager
Alan undertakes the stragetic operational management of the Regional Park and the 12 Natural Heritage Sites within the City of Edinburgh.
Gwen Stewart - Senior Support Assistant
As Senior Support Assistant, Gwen undertakes all aspects of Park administration.
Susan Falconer - Senior Natural Heritage Officer
Susan undertakes the operational management of the Rangers.
Jenny Hargreaves - Senior Natural Heritage Officer
Jenny undertakes the operational management of the Rangers.
Susan Dickson - Senior Natural Heritage Officer
Susan undertakes the operational management of the Rangers.
Paula Bell - Interprertation and Communication Countryside Ranger
Paula is editor of the Pentland Beacon, designs and distributes publications, designs interpretation panels, updates the website and looks after the visitor centres.
Martin Duncan - City of Edinburgh Council Access Officer and Forestry Countryside Ranger
Martin is in charge of woodland operations on land within local authority ownership in both the Regional Park and the 12 Natural Heritage Sites. He also covers half of the City of Edinburgh Council's Access Officer post.
David Kyles - Countryside Ranger
Victor Partridge - Landsacpe, Biodiversity and Volunteers Countryside Ranger
Victor is the point of contact for issues relating to biodiversity within the Regional Park and the 12 Natural Heritage Sites and is the coordinator for the Voluntary Ranger Service.
