Pentland Hills Regional Park

These popular one day courses are designed for beginners and people who require a refresher. Using active learning, the course will develop your map reading and compass skills to give you the confidence to navigate your way around.

The programme includes a morning of indoor theory sessions with plenty of practical exercises and a short local hill walk in the afternoon to reinforce all the skills you have learned.

Booking: Essential, group size is restricted to eight.

Participants must be over 16 years old.
