Harlaw Reservoir

Harlaw Reservoir is on the north-western side of the Regional Park, close to the villages of Currie and Balerno. Situated adjacent to Harlaw House Visitor Centre, the reservoir is approximatly 100 metres from the car park. There is no boat fishing, with bank fly fishing only.

Malleny Angling Ltd hold the bank fishing rights to Harlaw reservoir. The reservoir is stocked with rainbow trout. The Association was formed in 2001 to manage this fishery under a lease from Rosebery Estates. The Association has 100 members with an additional 10 season permit holders.

The fishing season starts on the 1st April and closes on the 31st October. For more infomation contact Malleny Angling Association.
