Support the Pentland Hills Regional Park

We need your support

Taking care of the Pentland Hills Regional Park is a year-round job. Maintaining paths, repairing fences, providing clean and safe toilets and car parks, working with local groups… it all takes trained people and money.
If you use and love the Pentland Hills and want them to be here for future generations to enjoy, please help by giving us a donation

Ranger Service

We are very proud of the work of our Ranger Service. Our Rangers are in the Park on a daily basis engaging with visitors on the Scottish Outdoor Access code, carrying out maintenance on the Pentland paths, facilitating groups to carry out nature conservation tasks, leading the monthly Junior Ranger programme and carrying out patrols in the hotspots.

The Rangers also work alongside our Natural Heritage Officers who's primary focus is for land managment on land owned by local authorities, farmer and landowner liaison, developing nature conservation and access related projects.
